The problem is that, if you overdo it or enjoy coffee too close to bedtime, your CNS will become overstimulated, you\u2019ll become \u201cwired\u201d and find it difficult to \u201cswitch off\u201d and fall asleep. Also, don\u2019t be fooled into thinking that caffeine is only found in coffee.
