Since its development and launch, we have firmly believed that the D5 SMΔRT is our most innovative gate motor yet, and this was affirmed on the 26th November when:
CENTURION took home the top prize for Most Innovative Company at the annual SEIFSA Awards.
This prestigious award is awarded to a company that has inculcated innovation into its projects, products, and overall outlook.
According to Michael Blackman, one of the engineers behind the design of the D5 SMΔRT, “as a company, Centurion Systems prides itself in the fact that we are driven by innovation. During the development of the D5 SMΔRT sliding gate operator, we needed to innovate in order to solve numerous problems that would have a positive impact on various stakeholders of the value chain”.
Marketing Manager Mark O’Brien adds that “[the] concept was to create a fully intuitive gate automation solution that pushed the boundaries of speed, intelligence and technological sophistication and created a superior user experience at all interface levels.
