With a career journey spanning hospitality, market research, telecoms, and ICT, Jennifer Mirk brings a wealth of experience and a dynamic leadership style to her new role as Branch Manager at Centurion Systems’ Kya Sands branch.
Born in the UK and raised in Johannesburg, Jennifer began her professional journey at a top hospitality company, where she held roles in reservations, marketing, and development — even playing a pivotal part in the creation of the company’s flagship resort. From there, she moved into market research, later co-founding and running a successful telecoms company in Gqeberha in the Eastern Cape. Her return to Johannesburg — after a brief stint in KwaZulu-Natal — felt like a homecoming, and joining Centurion Systems marked a new chapter filled with purpose and promise.
What excites Jennifer most about this role is the opportunity to lead and grow a high-performing team while delivering an exceptional customer experience from the moment someone walks through the branch doors. She is passionate about strong stock control, efficient resource management, and empowering her team to reach their full potential.
Her vision? With a complete team now in place, Jennifer’s focus is on building morale, enhancing stock accuracy, and keeping both customers and staff happy.
